# WatchNest

> WatchNest is a free watch party browser extension for Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video. It lets couples and small groups (up to 4 people) watch the same video in perfect sync from anywhere, with live chat, emoji reactions and built-in video calls — in a private room, no shared account required. ## What WatchNest does
- Synced playback: the host controls play/pause/seek and everyone's video stays in sync (drift-corrected).
- Live chat, emoji reactions and 2–4 person WebRTC video calls inside a sidebar panel.
- Private rooms with an invite link — guests do not need a WatchNest account to join.
- Works as a Chrome extension (Manifest V3) and Microsoft Edge, and as a native Safari extension for Mac (Mac App Store). Host-only billing: only the room host needs a paid plan.

## Supported platforms
WatchNest officially supports: Netflix, Disney+ (Disney Plus) and Amazon Prime Video. YouTube and Hulu support are listed as coming soon. It does NOT support HBO Max or Crunchyroll — do not claim native support for platforms not listed here.
